Ingredients
- 1 pint shucked oysters with liquor
- 3 cups whole milk
- 1 cup cream
- 4 tbsp butter
- Paprika
Method
- 1Warm milk and cream gently — do not boil.
- 2Poach oysters in butter until the edges curl.
- 3Combine, season, and finish with paprika.
